Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing department, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the proposal process for complex RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with attorneys and internal teams to develop tailored client-focused proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the proposal process, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to draft and finalize persuasive proposal content
• Track proposal metrics and provide strategic advice on proposal positioning and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or legal certifications a plus
• 6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law or professional services firm
• Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar clients
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
