Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Federal Civilian Proposal Team, the remote Proposal Manager will manage complex proposal efforts, collaborate with various teams on priority pursuits, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables across the Federal portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and business line teams on proposal strategies, including RFQs and RFPs
• Manage team performance and drive compliance with proposal processes while leading large, must-win pursuits
• Facilitate color team reviews and apply lessons learned to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with a focus on talent development and retention
• Proven experience leading complex proposals valued over $20 million, particularly for U.S. Federal clients
• Strong writing and editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectively
