Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Proposal Manager will collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, manage proposal development, and ensure compliance and quality in deliverables for federal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams on responses to RFQs and RFPs, fostering communication and mentoring within the proposal team
• Lead complex, must-win proposals from capture through interview stages, overseeing schedules, content plans, and compliance
• Monitor proposal progress, implement revisions based on reviews, and facilitate strategic planning and lessons learned for future pursuits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with a track record of developing and mentoring talent
• Proven experience leading multi-discipline proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices and the A/E industry, particularly with U.S. Federal clients
• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and advanced Microsoft Office applications
