Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Proposal Manager will manage complex federal proposals, collaborate with regional teams on priority pursuits, and drive compliance and quality deliverables across the Federal portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams on RFQs and RFPs, fostering communication and mentoring within the proposal team
• Lead large, complex proposals from capture through to interview stage, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the process
• Monitor progress of must-win pursuits, providing strategic direction and facilitating color team reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with a demonstrated record of developing and mentoring talent
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices and experience with A/E industry, particularly U.S. Federal clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent writing and editing capabilities
