Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Proposal Manager will collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, manage proposal development for federal clients, and mentor junior staff to enhance proposal quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to manage and develop proposals for must-win federal pursuits, ensuring quality and compliance
• Lead and mentor proposal staff, fostering a culture of communication and collaboration within the team
• Monitor proposal progress and report on strategies, while facilitating reviews and implementing lessons learned

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with a proven record of developing and mentoring talent
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry, particularly with U.S. Federal clients
• Experience leading complex proposals with values exceeding $20 million
• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and advanced Microsoft Office skills
