Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Proposal Manager will manage complex federal proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of communication and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including RFQs and RFPs
• Manage team performance and allocate workload effectively across the Federal portfolio
• Lead large, complex proposals from capture through to interview stage, ensuring compliance and quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with a record of developing and mentoring talent
• Proven ability to lead complex proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices and experience with federal clients
• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools and collaboration platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Teams
