Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support the preparation of study quotations, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the quotation process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and accurate submissions while acting as a resource for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation process and timelines for individual study quotations to exceed customer expectations
• Prepare quotations using pricing tools and obtain third-party vendor quotes as needed
• Participate in strategy and budget review calls, and assist in making recommendations on proposals based on financial and operational criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing-related discipline
• 3-5 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a contract research or research setting
• Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets related to clinical trials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning new database software quickly
• Experience with Salesforce and Point preferred
