Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the clinical study quote submission process, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions while mentoring team members and making strategic pricing recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the clinical study quote submission process and timelines to exceed customer expectations
• Provide mentoring and training to the Proposal Management team on deliverables
• Perform quality and financial reviews of quotations and make pricing recommendations aligned with company goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing-related discipline
• 5 years of customer service or related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in a contract research and/or research setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Salesforce and Point
• Ability to manage budgets and perform calculations relevant to clinical trials
