Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Owning the proposal development process, the full-time remote RFP Manager, Growth will manage RFIs, RFPs, and proposal submissions while ensuring high-quality, strategic storytelling and maintaining the agency's proposal content library.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of proposals, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are tailored to client needs
• Develop and maintain the agency's proposal content library, improving efficiency and organization of knowledge management systems
• Support Growth Leadership throughout the pitch lifecycle, coordinating materials and tracking proposal progress

Required qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in proposal management or related functions within advertising, media, or consulting
• Proven experience leading complex RFP/RFI responses and supporting cross-functional pursuit teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience building knowledge management systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and project management platforms
