Job Summary
To support an established AEC firm, the full-time Proposal Manager will lead the proposal lifecycle, facilitate strategy discussions, and develop compelling narratives for complex pursuits in Rochester, NY, with potential remote work options.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through submission and interview preparation
- Develop win themes, proposal narratives, executive summaries, and client-focused messaging
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability throughout complex pursuits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management or strategic marketing within the AEC industry
- Proven experience leading complex, high-value pursuits
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of capture strategy and client-focused proposal development
