Proposal Manager
Job Summary
To support complex pursuits in the Albany, NY market, the full-time Proposal Manager will lead the proposal lifecycle, facilitate strategy discussions, and develop compelling proposal content while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through submission and interview preparation
- Develop win themes, proposal narratives, and client-focused messaging while managing proposal schedules and quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support interview preparation and presentation development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management or strategic marketing within the AEC industry
- Proven experience leading complex, high-value pursuits and influencing senior technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of capture strategy and client-focused proposal development
