Job Summary
Leading the full proposal lifecycle, the full-time Proposal Manager will guide complex pursuits in the AEC industry, collaborating with technical teams and marketing professionals to develop winning proposals and prepare for interviews, with the flexibility of remote work arrangements available.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire proposal process from opportunity evaluation to submission and interview preparation
- Facilitate strategy discussions, proposal planning, and ensure compliance and quality control throughout the process
- Write and refine proposal content, develop client-focused messaging, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal or pursuit management within the AEC industry
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-value pursuits and influence senior technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of capture strategy, win themes, and client-focused proposal development
