Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and strategic Proposal Manager, the full-time remote position will lead the development of compliant and competitive responses for U.S. federal government opportunities in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full proposal process, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions
- Conduct market research and develop proposal solutions for federal opportunities
- Lead and coordinate proposal teams, assigning roles and responsibilities for proposal efforts
Required qualifications
- BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of proposal development experience, including 5+ years in A/E/C sectors
- 3+ years of experience leading proposal teams and analyzing RFP/RFQ packages
- 3+ years of experience with SF330 Federal Proposal format
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
