Proposal Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote full-time Proposal Manager will lead the development of compliant and competitive proposals for U.S. federal government opportunities in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Facilities Sustainment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the full proposal process, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions
- Conduct market research and coordinate Color Team reviews for assigned proposals
- Collaborate with senior managers to assign roles and responsibilities, and prepare qualification statements and technical submissions
Required qualifications
- BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related A/E/C field
- 10+ years of proposal development experience, including 5+ years in A/E/C proposals for federal agencies
- 3+ years of experience leading proposal teams and analyzing RFP/RFQ packages
- 3+ years of experience with SF330 Federal Proposal format
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
