Job Summary

As a founding member of the RFP Engine, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will own strategic pursuits from qualification through submission, coordinating input across various teams and ensuring high-quality, timely responses to complex enterprise bids.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end complex enterprise RFP or bid responses, shaping response strategies and coordinating contributions from multiple teams
• Utilize AI and automation to streamline processes, focusing on positioning and differentiation in submissions
• Write and edit persuasive responses, ensuring clarity and compliance while managing project timelines and contributor reviews

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses at a technology company
• Fluency in using AI for work processes and a track record of building internal tools or workflows
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and commercial input into clear responses
• Strong project management capabilities, effectively coordinating contributors across functions and time zones under tight deadlines
• Commercial instincts to identify differentiators in proposals and assess the viability of pursuits
