Proposal Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing Solutions team, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will lead the development of compelling and compliant proposals for various sales opportunities, collaborating closely with sales and delivery teams throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of the proposal development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and timely submission
- Review and analyze RFx documents to identify requirements and compliance obligations
- Develop and manage proposal schedules, content plans, and ensure contributor accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- At least five years of proposal management experience in government, public-sector, or higher education
- Experience developing proposals for Workday or similar enterprise SaaS solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals under tight deadlines
- Strong technical acumen related to SaaS deployment methodologies and professional-services sales lifecycle
