Job Summary

Overseeing the clinical study quote submission process, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage timelines and ensure high-quality submissions while providing mentorship and guidance to the Proposal Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the submission process for clinical study quotes to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Provide training and support to Proposal Management team members on their deliverables
• Conduct quality and financial reviews of quotations and make pricing recommendations aligned with company goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing-related discipline
• Five years of customer service or related experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role
• Experience in a contract research or research setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce and Point is preferred
• Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets related to clinical trials
