Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Proposal Manager will lead complex, priority must-win pursuits, collaborate with regional teams on proposal development, and foster a culture of communication and mentorship within the Federal Civilian Proposal Team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the proposal process from capture to interview stage, ensuring compliance and quality deliverables
- Collaborate with other Proposal team leads to allocate workloads and drive team performance and development
- Facilitate color team reviews and apply lessons learned to enhance proposal strategies and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of people-management experience with a record of mentoring and developing talent
- Proven success in leading complex proposals valued over $20 million
- Strong understanding of proposal best practices and experience with the A/E industry, particularly U.S. Federal clients
- Proficiency in desktop publishing tools and collaboration platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Teams
