Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Proposal Manager will manage complex federal proposal efforts, collaborate with various stakeholders, and drive the development of high-quality proposals while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including RFQs and RFPs
• Manage team performance to ensure compliant and quality deliverables across the Federal portfolio
• Lead large, complex proposals from capture through to interview stage, overseeing schedules, content, and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with a proven track record in mentoring and developing talent
• Demonstrated success leading complex proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices and the federal proposal pipeline
• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools and collaboration platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Teams
