Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Experienced in developing compelling proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will lead the creation of customer-facing proposals, manage workflows, and maintain a content library to support business development in K-12 education.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage proposals for new business opportunities, renewals, and RFx submissions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize proposal content and ensure alignment with district-specific needs
- Track proposal status, version history, and key milestones while leveraging proposal management tools and AI technology
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in technical writing for proposals, including RFPs and RFx submissions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience developing and organizing digital content libraries and knowledge management systems
