Proposal Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing Texas market, the full-time Proposal Manager will lead the full proposal lifecycle for complex engineering and environmental pursuits, collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding opportunities from capture through submission and interview preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the proposal lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, submission, and interview preparation
- Facilitate pursuit strategy discussions and manage proposal schedules and quality control
- Develop compelling proposal content, including narratives, executive summaries, and client-focused messaging
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management or strategic marketing within the AEC industry
- Proven experience leading complex, high-value pursuits and influencing senior technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of capture strategy and client-focused proposal development
