Job Summary

Overseeing the clinical study quote submission process, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will ensure high-quality, accurate submissions while mentoring team members and managing pricing strategies to align with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the clinical study quote submission process and timelines to exceed customer expectations
• Provide mentoring and training to Proposal Management team members on their deliverables
• Conduct quality and financial reviews of quotations, making pricing recommendations as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing-related discipline
• 5 years of customer service or related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in a contract research or research setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce and Point is preferred
• Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets for clinical trials
