Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI opportunities, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and quality in submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, managing schedules, content assignments, and review cycles
- Analyze solicitation requirements to identify customer priorities and competitive differentiators
- Facilitate proposal strategy sessions and prepare sales teams for customer presentations and finalist meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional RFP and proposal processes
- Ability to understand technical and clinical concepts and communicate them effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and proposal management platforms
