Proposal Manager - Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Leading the development and submission of high-quality cybersecurity and compliance proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Manager - Cybersecurity will manage the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with various cybersecurity frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFP responses for cybersecurity services, including drafting, review, and submission
• Evaluate incoming RFP/RFI opportunities and collaborate with leadership to prioritize proposals
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and compliance in proposals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management or RFP response experience
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Strong ability to translate technical information into clear written proposals
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during proposal development
• Familiarity with proposal management platforms or procurement portals
