Proposal Manager - Federal IT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager / Technical Writer - Federal/State IT (Remote/Local DMV).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal responses, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and resource organization
• Write, edit, and manage proposal content, ensuring clarity and consistency across submissions

Required Qualifications

• Full U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a clearance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Proposal and Capture for the U.S. Federal Government IT industry
• Expertise in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and similar requests
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience using AI in proposal development
