Proposal Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager II responsible for managing mid to high complexity IT proposals for federal government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project plans and action items for proposal development
• Establish proposal development and review schedules for various proposal volumes
• Develop and write responses for RFI, RFP, and other proposal submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Journalism, English, or related field
• 5+ years of proposal management experience for federal agencies or 10+ years for commercial clients
• 5+ years of experience in DoD and Federal Government proposal coordination and management
• 5+ years of experience managing medium to large teams in a collaborative environment
• 5+ years of experience supporting Federal Agency IDIQ/BPA contract vehicles
