Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of complex proposals and presentations for mining and related contracts
• Provide guidance on capture planning and support interview preparation for proposal teams
• Analyze debriefs and apply lessons learned to enhance proposal strategies and compliance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in leading business proposals within the environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors
• Knowledge of effective proposal and presentation best practices
• Familiarity with desktop publishing and presentation software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
