Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of timely, compliant, and persuasive proposals for mining and related contracts
• Provide support and guidance for capture planning and strategy, including coaching for interviews
• Facilitate color reviews and analyze debriefs to enhance proposal strategies and compliance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience leading business proposals in the environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors
• Knowledge of effective proposal and presentation best practices
• Strong proposal writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with desktop publishing and collaborative tools
