Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of complex proposals from capture through to interview stage
• Provide guidance on capture planning and serve as a coach for interview preparation
• Analyze proposal debriefs and contribute to strategic direction for proposals and marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
• Experience leading business proposals in environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of proposal best practices and tools
• Familiarity with desktop publishing and presentation software
