Proposal Manager - Pricing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager - Pricing to develop pricing solutions aligned with operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs and develop proposals, statements of work, and supporting materials for the Business Development organization
• Review inputs from subject matter experts to ensure pricing strategies align with operational delivery
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate pricing solutions into proposals and maintain pricing metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry, or a related financial or analytical role
• Comprehensive understanding of proposal development processes and commercial strategies is preferred
• Ability to analyze complex data and present summaries to executive teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
