Proposal Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for managing proposal efforts in public sector procurement and enterprise SaaS proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Review procurement requirements and develop detailed proposal action plans
• Provide guidance and training to proposal specialists and ensure compliance with submission standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in responding to RFPs within SaaS, public sector, or government technology environments
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-level proposal responses independently
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency with proposal management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
