Proposal Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Marketing Associate to support proposals, presentations, and client-facing marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Support proposal, SOQ, and presentation development for client pursuits
• Assist with proposal capture planning, including research, positioning, and schedule coordination
• Draft and edit proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of professional marketing or proposal experience
• Experience supporting SOQs and RFP responses in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
