Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Marketing Associate to support its Power & Energy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support proposal and SOQ development for Power & Energy pursuits
• Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with strategic growth initiatives
• Draft and edit technical proposal content and design proposal materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of proposal or marketing experience within AEC, engineering, or professional services
• Direct experience supporting proposals for electric utilities, transmission, and renewable energy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Experience working with CRM systems and proposal tracking tools preferred
