Proposal Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Marketing Associate, Remote (Land Development & Public Works).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for Land Development and Public Works pursuits
• Drive capture planning efforts for complex pursuits, including competitive analysis and positioning
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions and partner with leadership to align proposals with growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of AEC marketing experience with a focus on Land Development and Public Works
• Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for public agencies
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and capture strategy
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required)
