Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Proposal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts of subject-matter experts and manage proposal development
Review solicitation documents, develop proposal plans, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
Write and edit technical and non-technical sections of proposals for consistency and quality

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree
3+ years of experience in state or federal proposals
Experience in state or federal government health-related procurements
Proven ability to manage cross-organizational teams in support of proposal efforts
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
