Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to develop complex federal proposals that are compliant and compelling
• Foster a culture of communication and collaboration while managing stakeholder relationships
• Analyze federal solicitations and lead end-to-end proposal efforts, ensuring high-quality submissions

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 10 years of proposal management experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the federal market and experience with complex proposals
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with various stakeholders
• Professional credentials such as APMP, PMP, or Shipley training/certification are a plus
