Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Operations Specialist to manage the development and delivery of proposals for business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development of compliant and competitive proposals through team collaboration
Lead analysis of RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and other bid documents
Coordinate proposal production and ensure adherence to corporate policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
7+ years of proposal management experience in commercial or government proposals
Experience in writing corporate capabilities statements
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to meet tight deadlines
