Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Project Manager who will lead and coordinate the proposal development process for RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete proposal lifecycle from kickoff through final submission
  • Coordinate content contributions from sales, delivery teams, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure all content meets RFP requirements and reflects company standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Some experience in proposal management, proposal writing, RFP coordination, or project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accountability
