Proposal & Research Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal & Research Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare responses to client Requests for Proposals/Requests for Information (RFP, RFI, RFQ), including developing custom written content
• Research clients, industries, competitors, and casework to support proposal strategy
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop professional proposals, brochures, and related client materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, mass communications, or related field
• Experience in a marketing, proposal writing, or research-focused role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis
