Proposal Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Proposal Services to lead the EMEA proposal writing team in managing high-stakes RFI/RFP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of proposal writers, overseeing RFI/RFP projects from initial receipt to final submission
• Balance hands-on proposal ownership with mentorship to improve proposal processes
• Coordinate RFX request assignments and manage internal deadlines for high-quality responses

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing complex proposals in a B2B environment
• 1-3+ years of people management experience
• Previous experience in SaaS/Software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS technology
