Proposal Solution Architect

Job Summary

Owning the proposal execution process, the full-time remote Proposal Solution Architect will lead end-to-end proposal management, ensuring compliance and quality while developing a scalable proposal infrastructure for federal work across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from solicitation release through submission, ensuring alignment across teams
• Write and shape proposal content, translating complex technical concepts into clear, evaluator-friendly language
• Build proposal processes, templates, and workflows while ensuring compliance with federal procurement requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience leading federal proposals end-to-end with a track record of compliant, on-time submissions
• Strong writing ability to create structured and persuasive content from technical input
• Working knowledge of federal procurement (FAR/DFARS, evaluation criteria, compliance)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with executives and technical teams
