Proposal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with business development and proposal teams, the full-time Proposal Solutions Architect will produce compelling and compliant proposal responses for government contracts while working remotely from designated locations within the continental US.

Key responsibilities:

• Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract content and ensure proposal compliance with RFP formats
• Develop customer-focused solutions by understanding client requirements and coordinating with proposal managers and graphic artists
• Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content and maintain proposal schedules through active participation in meetings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
• 10+ years of technical, IT, or Operations experience in a large-scale technology services environment
• 5+ years of experience in business development lifecycle and proposal writing support
• Ability to explain complex technical data in simplistic language for diverse audiences
• Experience conceptualizing graphics to convey key solution concepts effectively
