Proposal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the Growth organization, the full-time remote Proposal Solutions Architect will lead the development of innovative and compliant solutions for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and federal healthcare opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and authoring technical proposal volumes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical solution development and architecture strategy for VA and federal healthcare opportunities
• Partner with business development and proposal teams to create winning technical approaches and solutions
• Author and review technical proposal volumes, ensuring compliance and alignment with solicitation requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale federal healthcare IT programs and enterprise architecture
• 7+ years of experience in federal business development and proposal solutioning
• Demonstrated experience with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) opportunities and acquisition processes
• Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear proposal content
