Proposal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading technical solution development for HHS and federal healthcare opportunities, the full-time Proposal Solutions Architect will collaborate with Business Development and Proposal teams to create competitive strategies and author technical proposal volumes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development and proposal strategy for federal healthcare opportunities
• Author technical proposal volumes and translate complex concepts into clear, compliant content
• Participate in proposal reviews and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to refine solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience designing enterprise IT solutions for federal healthcare or civilian government programs
• 5+ years of experience in capture, proposal development, and technical solutioning
• Demonstrated experience supporting HHS agencies or other federal civilian healthcare organizations
• Strong knowledge of cloud, application modernization, and cybersecurity technologies
