Proposal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting federal growth initiatives within the Defense Health Agency, the full-time Proposal Solutions Architect will lead the development of technical and management proposal content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compliant and customer-focused proposals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of proposal content for federal healthcare opportunities, ensuring alignment with DHA priorities
• Translate complex technical architectures and solutions into evaluator-friendly narratives
• Coordinate with proposal managers and technical SMEs to ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or enterprise technology environments
• 5+ years of experience in federal proposal development and technical solutioning
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for federal healthcare and defense customers
• Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure and Agile methodologies
