Proposal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting federal growth initiatives within the Defense Health Agency, the full-time remote Proposal Solutions Architect will lead the development of compliant and customer-focused proposal responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare IT solutions into clear narratives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of technical and management proposal content for federal healthcare opportunities
• Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to design solutions aligned with DHA operational priorities
• Analyze solicitations and develop technical strategies to support mission-focused win themes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or enterprise technology environments
• 5+ years of experience in federal proposal development and technical solutioning
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into evaluator-ready narratives for federal healthcare customers
• Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
