Proposal Solutions Director

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Proposal Solutions Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the Proposal Team and the overall process for creating and managing software as a service and business process outsourcing proposals for new sales opportunities
• Develop, implement, and manage consistent, repeatable processes that reduce the time to complete information requests while ensuring accurate, complete, timely responses
• Collaborate with individual proposal team staff members to design and implement personalized development plans designed to help recognize and retain high achievers, encourage and support the development of new skills, help guide progress toward career goals, and improve overall performance and job satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business or similar discipline or equivalent years of proposal writing experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in proposal writing, corporate communications, or technical writing
• Prior experience writing and editing for a healthcare and/or insurance audience
• Ability to translate broad, complex concepts from subject matter experts into clear, compelling and concise communication
• Demonstrated project management skills
