Proposal Solutions Manager
Job Summary
To support the Global Proposals team, the full-time salaried Proposal Solutions Manager will analyze complex RFx requirements, craft high-quality solution responses, and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and competitiveness in proposals, all while focusing on Ellucian's SIS and platform solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliant and competitive content for Ellucian Student Signature and Essentials packages
- Analyze RFxs and determine solution fit for Ellucian's offerings
- Engage in proposal reviews and quality assurance checks to enhance proposal quality
Required qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Higher Education business processes, SIS, ERP, and CRM capabilities
- Prior experience with Ellucian Banner or Ellucian Colleague
- Experience using AI tools for research and content enhancement
- Strong skills in proposal automation tools and writing
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
