Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist responsible for developing persuasive proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal kick-off process and ensure timely completion of responses
• Draft and customize proposal documents to align with sales strategy and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address proposal issues and support negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in proposals, communications, or contracting
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions with stakeholders and customers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and AI software such as Copilot and ChatGPT
