Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFx projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables
• Develop, write, and edit proposal content, ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to review and support active projects while maintaining strong working relationships across teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, preferably in account management or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with cloud-based RFP management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other MS Office suite products
• Comfortable using AI tools to support writing and processes
